Burma Day of Prayer Event

With no known external enemies, the military regime in Burma has been waging war against its own people for over 50 years. Forced labour, confiscation of property, rape, destruction of homes and villages, extra judicial killings, arbitrary arrests and absolute censorship are just a few examples of the way things are where the citizens on an entire country are casualties of war.

As Christians we believe that prayer can transform such a situation. We would like to invite you to join with us in London to pray for this nation and its people.

Alongside times of prayer there will be some authentic Burmese worship and dance as well as talks about current Burma issues.
